Apprenticeship Placement Policy

Welcome to Code Rush’s Placement Policy for Apprenticeships. The placement policy governs all the placement processes and procedures pertaining to the apprenticeship program run by Code Rush. In addition, this policy shall give you an insight into the specifics of the apprenticeship. Therefore, we firmly request you to go through this policy.

Eligibility

The following are a few qualifications a candidate must qualify to get hired at partner companies via Code Rush. Your consent to this placement policy means you agree:

You are above 18 years of age
You are legally permitted to work in Nepal
You will join the company in no more than 30 days after accepting an offer
You agree to work from the office or remotely as required by the company
You will provide correct and verifiable data about yourself like your background, qualification, and experience
You will be honest about your past employment, past experiences, and criminal records (if there are any)
Your attendance is more than 80% during the Code Rush apprenticeship program
You have completed all the apprenticeship assignments and projects within the deadline
You have received the apprenticeship completion certificate

Information we collect

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

Onboarding into the Placement Process

Upon completion of the apprenticeship program, you shall be onboarded to the Code Rush placement process if:

You receive the Certification of Completion for the apprenticeship program
You fulfill the eligibility requirements

Process Guidelines

The following defines the process of interviewing with companies via Code Rush and will play a major role in your interviewing journey. By consenting to this policy, you agree that:

You will accept interview invites from the apprenticeship running company within 24 hours of receiving the invite
You will attend all interviews you have accepted invites for
You will not reschedule interviews that you have accepted the invite for
You will not reject the offer if the remuneration is within the pre-discussed range in the apprenticeship service agreement

If you are on-boarded to the placement process but are not offered a full-time position by the apprenticeship running company,

Your information will be shared with other partner companies in the Code Rush network
You will respond to interview invites from companies (with either an acceptance or rejection) within 24 hours of receiving the invite
You will attend all interviews you have accepted invites for
You will not reschedule interviews that you have accepted the invite for
You will not reject more than 1 offer
You will share the appropriate and valid reasons for the rejection of any offer

Completion of Placement Support

We are dedicated to successfully completing your placement process as soon as possible. By consenting to this policy, you agree that the placement process will be considered successfully completed if:

You accept an offer
You receive and participate in 3 unique interview processes
You reject 2 unique offers

Withdrawal from the Placement Process

If not offered a position by the apprenticeship running company, you are not compulsorily required to continue the Code Rush placement process. By consenting to this policy, you agree that it may be deemed as a consented withdrawal of your candidature if:

You do not attend an interview you had accepted the invite for
You reject 3 unique interviewing opportunities
You do not adhere to the preferences that you have shared via the placement onboarding form

Disqualification from the Placement Process

At Code Rush, we value the integrity of our placement process. By consenting to this policy, you agree that you may be disqualified from the Placement Process if:

You provide any factually incorrect information
You exhibit any behavior of misconduct in any form with Code Rush employees, hiring companies, or any personnel associated with Code Rush
You take an offer of employment from any other company despite getting an offer from the apprentice running company
You have received an offer from any of the Placement Partners and chosen to not inform Code Rush about it

Consequences of Disqualification

At Code Rush, we are working our best to boost your career and get you the best offer possible. However, upon disqualification, it may lead to one or more of the following, depending on the reasons and their severity for the withdrawal or disqualification:

Your placement process with Code Rush will be halted
There will be a recovery period before you can take part in any Code Rush apprenticeship, upskilling, or placement service
You will not be able to take part in any Code Rush apprenticeship, upskilling, or placement service in the future
Your offer that has been extended will be rescinded
You will face legal consequences as per the apprenticeship agreement
