Code Rush conducted the first cohort of the The Designer in Her fellowship, The Designer in Her '20, from December 2020 to February 2021 incorporating 25 amazing fellows. The training sessions took place remotely given the COVID pandemic.
For the duration of 3 months, the fellows received rigorous training to polish their competency in design concepts and tools. The fellowship combined technical training, inter-personal skill training, and projects for the well-balanced growth of the fellows.
